1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DelivraX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
DelivraX provides a technology platform connecting delivery requesters with service providers. We are not a delivery service provider but a marketplace facilitator.
Our platform enables businesses, riders, and customers to connect for delivery services through our bidding and matching system.
3. User Accounts
- Users must be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain account security and confidentiality
- One account per individual/business
4. Delivery Services
- Riders are independent contractors, not employees
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Maximum liability for lost/damaged items is the delivery fee paid
- Valuable items should be insured separately
5. Payments and Fees
- 15% commission on completed deliveries
- Payment processing through secure third-party providers
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- No refunds for completed services unless service failure is proven
6. Prohibited Activities
- Fraudulent or illegal use of the platform
- Harassment of other users
- Circumventing platform payments
- Transporting illegal or dangerous items
- Creating multiple accounts for abuse
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent activity
- Harassment or abuse
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal activities
8. Limitation of Liability
DelivraX's maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the last 30 days. We are not liable for:
- Delays beyond our control
- Acts of third parties
- User negligence
- Force majeure events
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall first attempt resolution through our support team, then through mediation in Lagos, Nigeria.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lagos courts.
